exchanges!
Easy Return & 'No-Hassle'
Exchange Policy:
All orders
are 100% guaranteed and can be returned at your expense
for a full refund less the original shipping charges. We also offer easy
'No-Hassle' exchanges.
- Merchandise
must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise
must be in original, unused condition, (no rips, stains, signs of wear,
etc.) for a refund of the product cost.
- Shipping
costs are not refundable. We will only refund shipping costs if
return is a result of our error.
- If you
return an item that had qualified for FREE SHIPPING we will deduct our
original cost of shipping from your credit amount.
- All
exchanges and returns must use a RMA number provided by us.

- If you
need to EXCHANGE your item for a different size or
color just send the item back to us in unused condition along with the
receipt and instructions telling us what you want and we will send you
the new item for a flat shipping fee of just $3.99, (exchanges shipped
USPS Priority Mail, regardless of how order was originally shipped).
Please contact us promptly to insure that we have your replacement product
in stock.
- We are
not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail and recommend
returning the merchandise via an insured carrier using a trackable method.
Return/Exchange
Mailing Instructions:
To make
a return or exchange within the 30 day period, send an email to returns@Buy-Rash-Guards.com
requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your
name, order number and reason for the return in your request.
- Write
the RMA# we send you on the OUTSIDE OF YOUR SHIPPING BOX.
- Include
a copy of your invoice with the returned merchandise. Send the package
to us via a trackable method (such as UPS, Fed Ex or USPS delivery confirmation).
We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
Failure
to follow these steps will result in a 10% restocking fee.The fee
will be deducted from your refund.
